Nurses Day celebrates the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale.

Every 12th May International Nurses Day is celebrated around the world. The international Council Of Nurses celebrates this day by the production and distribution of the International Nurses' Day (IND) Kit. The kit contains educational and public information materials, for use by nurses everywhere.Every year the kit has a diffrent them and sends a special message. The entire week is known as the International Nurses Week.

In our daily life nurses day is celebrated by thanking and appreciating the nurses we know and who have nursed us when we were injured or sick. So if you know any nurse here are some warm ecards to thank her or tell her how special he or she is.
