A little about the origin of Bosses Day; it was Patricia Bays Haroski of Illinois who registered the National Boss’s Day in the US. She chose October 16 as the day happened to be her Boss’s birthday also her father and she forgot that it was his birthday. A few years later the Illinois governor officially proclaimed the day and the rest as they say is history. Even after controversy over Boss’s Day celebrations it is celebrated in various other countries and today it is celebrated internationally.
